Gr8 Hospitality: The staff at the hotel were extremely hospitable and friendly. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and were always available to assist us with any queries or requests.

Lack of cleanliness: One negative aspect of our stay was the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were not properly cleaned and there was a lot of dust and dirt in various areas.
